A new realmChoose the land, your rivals and your ruler

You are the lord, not the sergeant. Lay out walls, roads, fields, stores and towers; your villagers haul the materials, raise the works, mend them, fight fires with well water and gather on their own. Every villager earns a gold a day: spend it in the build menus to unlock stone, siege and the finer units, once your society (wells, stalls, taverns, a church, a bath house, dogs) has risen far enough. Taverns, bakeries, quarries and mines take villagers in to run them; siege engines keep two as their crew. The land rises and falls in cliffs; raise or dig the ground, or set buildings on wooden and stone supports. Nights fall every five minutes and most folk sleep in the houses; a messenger can buy a truce or a lasting peace. You win when every rival banner has fallen — or sworn peace with yours.

Saves keep the whole realm; folk pick their work up again when a game is loaded, and raids in the field come home. The browser slot stays on this device; a file can go anywhere. The game also autosaves at every dawn.
